3MF keeps both colours: it opens in Bambu Studio and OrcaSlicer as two parts, Base on filament 1 and Accent on filament 2 (other slicers let you colour each part). Everything one colour? Your slicer project has only one filament: click + in its Filament list to add a second one (or sync your AMS), and the accent switches to it. STL is one colour and works everywhere. Print face-up; the model is already the right way round.
